No. Don't delete the colliders. It'll let you know they are the problem, but it isn't a solution in itself. Neither is opening the collider window and randomly ticking off items, since it's clear OP has no idea what they're doing.
The problem here is that when you replace a character the collider settings are applied to the entire character, where before it was likely only selected for a few specific bones to guide the animation. You need to open the colliders first, before replacing, note their settings, and reset them when you change characters. You don't need to disable them all, only things with dynamic bones relevant to the animation.
If a collider is set to INSIDE that means it's pulling an object with a dynamic bone into it, and when you replace the character it begins pulling all items on the character with dynamic bones (like hair) into the collider. Look at the collider. Look at where it's located on the body, whether it's set to INSIDE or OUTSIDE, and what animation relevant bones (dan, vag, siri, donger, johnson, etc) are selected on the colliders window.
In your case I'm going to assume it's parented to the vagina, set to INSIDE, and targeting penis bones so they go in the hole. There may also be others set to OUTSIDE in order to push clipping hair away from shoulders, open the vagina itself, etc. If you want replace characters in many kinds of animations you need to learn how the studio functions work and put in the time and effort to fix them.
